Using some principles of permaculture and organic farming, our property
consists of an olive grove of about 550 old olive trees, a vegetable
garden of about 700 m2, an orchard, a vineyard of 1.8 hectares and several
garden areas.
From these agricultural areas cultivated with the greatest respect
for nature, we pick several products with the aim of arriving to a certain
food autonomy. As we are at the beginning of our business, production
is weak at the moment, but time and experience will help us to get better
pickings along the years.
Our olives already have been used to make our own pickles with some
aromatic herbs and leaves and to make our own organic extra virgin olive
oil with a quite low acidity of 0.2%.

Various fruits allowed us to produce small quantities of compotes and
the garden products are used for delicious meals.

In the future, the vine that is being prepared will allow us to make
our personalized wines with the help of excellent oenologists of the
region and with a greater productivity of fruits we will certainly produce
quality spirits and liqueurs.
